做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待(dài )油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入(rù )煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
