做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
