做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
