做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
