做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
