做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热(rè )锅(guō ),用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼(yú )和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
