做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好(hǎo )鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小时(shí ),下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
