做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六(liù )成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清(qīng )水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其(qí )他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火(huǒ )煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
