做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和(hé )薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一(yī )个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
