做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
