做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
