做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
