做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
