做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
