做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
