做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
