做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
