做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
