做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
