做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
