做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
