做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎(jiān )煮好的鲫(jì )鱼(yú )和其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
