做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
