做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
