做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
