做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏(yì )米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在(zài )锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油(yóu )六成热下鱼(yú ),煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调(diào )味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
