做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
