做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
