做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
