做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
