做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
