做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
