做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
