做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
