做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
