做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮(huái )山和(hé )薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个(gè )半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
