做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山(shān )和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂(liè )一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水(shuǐ ),放入(rù )煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材(cái )料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
