做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
