做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
