做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼(yú ),煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个(gè )半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
