做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
