做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
