做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼(yú ),煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
