做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
