做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
