做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在(zài )锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料(liào ),武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
