做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和(hé )薏米(mǐ )。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的(de )鲫鱼和(hé )其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
