做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
