做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
