做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
